"I wish that I could leave a negative star review. My father passed away in August. My son and I decided to get tattoos to commemorate his life. I did something that I knew at the time was a mistake, but I wanted to have this experience with my son. I got the tattoo in New York, when I live in a different state. I was even willing to pay a high price for a very small tattoo because they have a $200 limit Within a week, my tattoo totally disappeared. I am not saying that it faded. I am saying there’s absolutely no sign of the tattoo.I reached out and explained the situation. I understand that they are business, but I asked if they would be willing to just refund some of my money so that I could have the tattoo done again closer to home. The response was ~ I could travel to New York and they would touch it up for me. There is absolutely nothing to touch up. The tattoo disappeared. I know they have a lot of fabulous reviews. I REALLY CAUTION YOU TO THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS STUDIO!!!! My hope was that they would be willing to make a kind gesture, and I could in turn write a review about a wonderful company."

"I’ve been tattooed in many NYC studios in the past. The atmosphere here is by far the best I’ve experienced and I’ve returned a few times to get tattooed by several artists. It’s been some time since I last visited but wanted to give this store its flowers (as they’ve given me mine). Super friendly and relaxing environment, zero ego, and strong quality work for reasonable prices. The owner of the studio, Hannah, is great and super accommodating!"

"I got a portrait of my dog tattooed by Hannah, and I absolutely loved it — I can’t stop looking at it! 🐾 The whole experience was amazing; the place is beautiful, cozy, and super clean. I felt really comfortable the entire time, and they even offered me water and snacks. Hannah is truly amazing! I’d definitely go back to get another tattoo there. ❤️"

"I have been getting tattooed for almost 20 years now and Vestige is easily my favorite place to go to add to my collection. I have been tattooed by 5 different artists so far and not one has disappointed. Whether you come in with your own idea or get something from their flash books, you will leave with a cool tattoo and big smile on your face. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve literally recommended it to people anytime they see one of my new tattoos. Thank you Vestige! I’ll be back for more!!"

We were matched up with Elia who was so talented, kind and sweet and gave us the best day and memories giving us our matching tattoos. It’s exactly what we wanted!
