"I was really disappointed with the facial I got this past weekend. Vanessa felt impersonal and honestly not very present. I booked the VM Glow facial expecting something calm and restorative. The cleansing was rough and uncomfortable, then she went straight into Laser Genesis, and after that she put on a mask and left me alone in the room for about 20 minutes. When she finally came back, she quickly put on moisturizer and ended the session. nothing about it felt intentional. She’d often leave the room to grab supplies while still wearing the same used gloves. It didn’t feel sanitary at all. Overall, the experience was disappointing and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for an actual facial or spa quality care."

"Vanessa is a beauty guru! She did radio frequency on my abdomen and the before and after are incredible. Also, they are pros with lymphatic drainage massage. I always say the face of an establishment is very important...that being said, she is beautiful inside and out --- she helps make others beautiful as well. She loves what she does and that shines through on every client. I highly recommend this spa"
