"Today 11/29/25 I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this laundromat. I was there between 8:30pm-10:15pm, and the employee on duty behind the counter a spanish female wearing a pink top with brown hair repeatedly pointed her cellphone at me recording me, as well as when I first entered the laundromat. When I went to ask for change because the change machine was broken she continued pointing her cellphone at me, she claimed she didn’t have any change. She still approached me with her cellphone proped up on her chest aimed directly at me. She continued to come over to look and monitor me washing my clothes. This behavior was intrusive, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be made to feel watched or targeted while doing their laundry. Management needs to take this seriously and address it immediately.."

"This is a very modern , clean and efficient laundromat. The staff are friendly and constantly working on keeping the area clean and functional. There are some very big machines so that makes a large load easy to wash and dry in the least amount of time. Would highly recommend."

"Laundromat used to be impeccable. Today there were dryer sheets and other trash on the floor including human hair. Very unpleasant"

"They are very sweet and helpful! It’s not too expensive and the machines are very very fast. I had a lot of clothes and I was able to wash them so so quickly. Definitely recommend!"

"United Laundre is the best!!! Jessica and the entire staff always take great care of my clothes and are very friendly. They get everything done very quickly and I would recommend this laundromat for wash and fold or DIY to anyone in Harlem!"
