"Shirley is the best! She is very proficient at what she does. I dropped off my down puffer winter coat and she made sure she could deliver quality work before agreeing to take it to be cleaned. She gave it back to me better than I sent it. It was extremely clean and still kept its puff. She’s also very skilled, she was able to remove an ink stain (an entire pens worth) from a white jacket as if it was never there. Highly recommend!!"
