"I recently joined TMPL Lexington gym in Manhattan, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The facilities are top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming atmosphere that makes working out enjoyable. A huge shoutout to Kevin, who has been an incredible help throughout the process of joining a gym that was right for me. From my first day, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me achieve my goals. He took the time to understand my needs and really helped me on my. fitness journey. "One thing I love about this gym is that the people are honestly just as amazing as the workouts. Everybody’s so kind, supportive, and easy to be around. It creates this calm, welcoming energy that makes walking in feel comfortable almost like the gym gives you a little breath of peace before you even start training. The staff and members greet you with genuine smiles, and nobody gives that judgmental vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can focus on yourself, feel safe, and actually enjoy your time there."

"I really wanted to love this gym...the equipment and layout are great, and the staff are usually friendly. One of the main reasons I joined, though, was for the spa and hot tub, which has been cold multiple times. I left a review about it before, and management reached out, offered me a free month and a guest pass, and I appreciated that effort. Unfortunately, after that, I was almost charged again for a fee I already paid, and the free month credit they promised was never applied to my account. I followed up with the manager, and it’s now been over 24 hours with no response. I’ve since been charged for the month anyway. It’s disappointing because I was willing to give the gym another chance and even removed my previous review out of appreciation for their transparency. But the lack of follow-through and communication speaks volumes. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves consistency and customer care, because the facility itself has so much potential."
