"Highly recommend for both tailoring and laundry services! Eddie does an incredible job each time, treats my clothing with the utmost care, and is a wonderful presence in the neighborhood. I’ve requested complex, dramatic alterations from shortening a heavy sequin gown to adjusting the shoulders of a designer wool blazer – and gotten perfectly tailored items each time. Additionally, I will only trust Eddie with my laundry. As I have severe allergies to commercial detergents, Eddie very kindly takes the effort to clean his washing machine each time and washes my clothing 2-3x with my own detergent. Truly a lifesaver in helping me get chemicals out of my clothing. I would have had to throw out half my closet otherwise. Wherever I move to in the city, I will continue to send my laundry to him."

"I had an excellent experience here. I needed a dress hemmed last minute (same day) before a wedding. They were incredibly kind, fast, and did a beautiful job on the dress for a completely reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Tik Tok for tailoring."

"After carefully sifting through reviews, I left my most valued piece of clothing in the care of Tik Tok Cleaners for simple dry cleaning: an embroidered and pearl-beaded A-line spaghetti strap dress from my wedding weekend. It had stains at the bottom but was otherwise in perfect condition. I arrived two weeks later to find the hand-beaded straps hanging literally by a thread. With beads missing and strings hanging broken, they told me it must have been damaged “in the machine”… I was devastated. Update: One of the employees has been in communication with me to correct this issue. Fortunately they were able to locate the missing beads and string them back together, but the pattern and fortitude of the straps are permanently compromised. They provided a complete refund for the dry cleaning. I’ve added more stars for their professionalism to correct the error. Update: I went to pick up the dress to find the straps were too long and flimsy post repair, requiring shortening. The beading will never be the same. Another knit dress I brought in for dry cleaning was not ready on time, and the cleaner hand-delivered it at a later date; when it arrived, the knit had clearly been stretched and was multiple inches too long to wear. I will not be returning. The customer service is intentional, but the product is unreliable. Photos: original straps (b&w); damaged straps (color)"
