"I came here for my 32nd birthday, and the level of professionalism and care from the entire staff was impeccable. Kayla, the front desk spa receptionist, was so helpful and sweet — she made my intake process effortless. Thaddeus, my masseuse, worked absolute wonders during my 90-minute Himalayan salt hot stone full-body massage. I was honestly in heaven. He’s truly the best, and I’ll be recommending him to all my friends! Overall, the entire staff, (Especially my spa attendant Crystal) made my visit the perfect birthday gift. Clean, beautiful, and top-notch facility at this location!"

"Customer BE AWARE! Triple check the prices! The price advertised on the site is not real! My friend and I booked travelers package as is without any upgrades or extras. At the time of booking no one notified us that the price will be $100 more than advertised on the spa site and nowhere on the site it says that the prices change depending on the day of the week. Even the front desk rep couldn’t find it anywhere on their site or mobile site and told us this info can be found on their printed brochure. The manager avoided us and hid in the office, sending BS emails instead of actually calling or talking in person when we were at the spa. NOT the Ritz customer service or experience one would expect! Ritz Central Park Spa site on the other hand lets you make spa reservations directly online without having to call in and the price stays as advertised no matter the day of the week."

"I chose Ritz-Carlton Spa for self care day and have no regrets! Definitely my favourite place from now on. Camille did great massage that left me very relaxed and stress free. Best of the best ! I had facial with Natalia as well and was impressed of her knowledge. She helped me to choose the right treatment specifically for my skin and explained every step ahead. I left refreshed , glowing and definitely happy ! So professional, starting from the reception desk to all service they are providing. Good quality products and great environment. Definitely worth it and will be back soon."

"Absolutely blown away by my experience at the Spa this weekend. Made two massage appointments to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. From start to finish, Imani was so helpful and wonderful. Helped me select the best service when scheduling over the phone. The spa itself is so relaxing and beautiful. They definitely made It an oasis. And then with the attentive and kind staff with the most impeccable attention to detail really just made the experience perfect. In addition to Imani, I also like to say thank you to the other spa staff members who were so great during our stay: Elizabeth, Irma, and of course our talented massage therapists Thaddeus and Eleonora. If you’re looking for an incredible deep tissue massage - couldn’t recommend Thaddeus highly enough. I felt like a new woman afterwards!"

"The back massage I received from Thaddeus ranks among the finest I've ever enjoyed. Their wellness area, offering serene relaxation both before and after the treatment, is truly remarkable and their Diptyque cosmetics transfer in another realm. It's hard to believe that bustling NYC is just meters away. Kudos to Nana for his exceptional and attentive service. PS: Apologies for using my mobile to take the photos; fortunately, I was the sole occupant at the time, so I didn't disturb anyone! :-)"
