"Extremely rude staff, specifically the owner. They will ruin your clothes, take 0 responsibility, and blame everyone but themselves. I’ve also had some items go missing in wash and fold or not cleaned as requested. I recommend going to the other “highly” rated wash and fold in the area for a better service."

"If you have anything valuable, DO NOT bring it to Eco Laundry Company. I am a three years customer, but the last experience was very bad. I brought my Canada Goose parka in for cleaning, and when I finally wore it this winter, I discovered serious structural damage to both sleeves — loose sleeves and warped and sloppy structure. This was 100% NOT how the coat looked when I dropped it off. I went to the Canada Goose flagship store, and their team immediately identified that the damage was caused by improper cleaning. They stated clearly that this was NOT normal wear and NOT something that happens on its own. When I brought all of this to Eco Laundry, instead of taking responsibility, they hid behind a strict 72-hour reporting policy that makes no sense for seasonal garments cleaned during warm months. The damage wasn’t visible until the first time I wore the coat — which obviously wasn’t within 72 hours of pickup in September. They then pointed to “visible wear” from me putting the coat on to discover the problem — as if wearing the coat once could magically destroy the internal sleeve structure. Their response felt dismissive and defensive, and they ignored the manufacturer’s professional evaluation. They refused to submit a claim, refused responsibility, and ultimately offered no real solution for the damage their process caused. This experience has been extremely frustrating and expensive. Based on how they handled my situation, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. If your clothing has any value — financial or sentimental — be careful."

"This place is great! Our usual dry cleaner said they couldn't clean these large floor-to-ceiling curtains we have. The Eco Laundry Company did it easily and for a better price. Since then we've been going there for everything."
