"We came in to get a nose stud removed, and did not expect such over the top service! She was very accommodating with religious beliefs, providing a private room, thoroughly consulting about the stud and providing necessary information. She was accommodating with my mother in law who is skeptical and anxious, and walked us through everything. She took necessary precautions and cleaned the nose and stud and packed it as well! Highly recommended! Will be coming back for any needs regarding piercings!"

"Me and my best friend came from Va/nc. My best friend had an appointment and there was a small miscommunication so the lady let us get matching tattoos to make up for it!! They were so amazing and kind, this was my first tattoo and it was a very good experience. They made sure we were comfortable and walked us through everything even made extra conversation getting to know them. WILL BE COMING BACK!!!!!"
