"I came in to get a dress altered, and the owner just said it was ‘too much.’ She didn’t bother explaining if it was beyond her skills or if she simply didn’t want to do the work. It was really disappointing because I was ready to pay top dollar. I’d avoid this place—clearly not interested in providing good service."
