"Very pricey for the jewelry, but the piercing service itself was only $40. George’s service was amazing, with suitable chatter and a clean, efficient, and quick piercing experience. You can bring a guest in the piercing room to comfort you, and there are comfortable seats in the waiting area for anyone else. Front desk staff were very helpful, and restrooms were available."

"Fantastic studio, super clean with beautiful jewelry and helpful staff. I had an appointment with George for a rook and helix piercing, and we talked through my plan for others, he looked at my ears and gave some great advice, so now he already has a future repeat customer. I got super woozy in his chair and he took SUCH good care of me, and both piercings look so good. I can’t wait to go back for a conch piercing and almost pass out again"

"Not only were the employees super nice but they were also very reassuring and considerate since this was my first piercing. They checked my eyebrow thoroughly to make sure that the piercing was compatible with my body and were very sanitary and careful. After that, I was immediately brought into the room where they pierced my eyebrow and the piercer marked my skin and made sure I was happy with the placement. Getting the piercing stung for just one second as the bar was getting put in but then it quickly went away. Overall the whole process of walking in, getting my anatomy checked and then getting the piercing took roughly 15-20min. They also explained the maintenance before and after and offered their online services if I needed further help. They also showed great care for their customers as they told me to reach out to them after a month to make sure the piercing was healing well. Its only been two weeks since I got my eyebrow but I’ve had no bruising or negative reaction around the area, and I feel no pain whatsoever, sometimes I genuinely forget it’s there. Yes this place is slightly more expensive but you’re paying for a guaranteed successful process, amazing customer service and the talented piercers that they have on site. I would definitely come here again and look forward to getting more piercings."

"I first came here in 2023 to get my helix done. I forgot the name of the lady but she was very sweet and knowledgeable. Then I just came recently two weeks ago get my earlobes re-pierced and to get a septum for the first time. This time it was Logan and he was very quick with the procedure and courteous at the same time. Both times I came it was fast service and very hygienic. I am actually coming again in a couple of days to get my nostril re-pierced and have no regrets that it will be the same service. Keep up the good work!"

"Love love love the folks at Studio 28. Logan did 8 piercings between my girlfriend and I in one sitting and he was so kind and patient and knowledgeable. Have gotten pierced elsewhere but will only be using Studio 28 from now on! Pictured are my helix and third lobes done by Logan."
