"I purchased a microneedling session at SkinSpa and changed my mind within 24 hours after researching the risks and deciding to pursue a different treatment elsewhere. I contacted SkinSpa immediately and was told to reach out to their manager, Kourtnii, for a refund — which I did that same day (Sept 20). She never responded. Since then, I’ve called the front desk four or more times, and every time I’m told someone will “get back to me” or “process it.” It is now mid-November — no refund, no call, no email, no accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this place. Lack of communication, delaying tactics, and ignoring refund requests is not professional or ethical. I have filed a dispute with my credit card provider and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. And if the business responds with the usual “we can’t find your records,” I have receipts and emails ready."

"Today Roma went out of her way to let me know she was offended by my tip amount. I have been coming for over 10 years and the quality has dropped. It used to be that I put on a robe get double cleansed with some massage, a skin analysis as well as spoke. To through the steps. No longer the case. Today I laid on the bed clothes on cleansed with toner, face still wet when she started the laser, which I had to mention. At the end I got eye cream moisterizer and spf placed on my face. If you guys only perform the service, which I already paid for, you can be offended all you like. I can put on my product at the end!"
