"I really wanted to like this salon, but I left disappointed. The customer service was poor — the staff barely greets you. The tools and workspace were not clean, which made me uncomfortable. I got a powder dip manicure, and unfortunately, the finish was patchy and uneven, she had to redo it twice and it’s still not good. For the price and time spent, I expected a much better experience. I hope they take more care with cleanliness and customer service in the future."

"First time going and I was incredibly impressed with the service I got. Well priced and even got an amazing massage. My nails and toes came out amazing and even when I stupidly smudged them when I was a few blocks away, they were still so accommodating in fixing them. Will be my go to nail salon in Astoria moving forward!"

"After having my nails done here a few times, I won’t go anywhere else. As an active gal who is not careful with my nails (picture me rock climbing with a fresh set), I have been blown away by the quality and durability of my dip nails from Silvia’s. All three times I’ve had my nails done there, they’ve lasted 5-6 weeks and still looked great. Only had to get them redone because my nails underneath grew too much. And of course they do beautiful nails."

"One of the best nail places I have ever been too! Always left here with a smile. Have been coming here for almost two years Definitely recommended!! 10/10 service!! Silvia and the rest of the staff are amazing! Including some of my favorite nail designs that I have gotten here over different holidays and events."
