He really sparked my love for Muay Thai and keeps inspiring me to take my training further. He has really helped to build my confidence in my training. It's always a surprise coming to his classes and he really keeps us on our toes. There's always something new to learn during his classes. He is the best!"

"I absolutely love this gym! the machines are great, and the staff is amazing. I especially want to shout out Sandra from the childcare, she is truly the sweetest lady ever. She takes such good care of my kids, including my autistic son, she handles him with so much patience and understanding. Both of my kids actually look forward to going to the daycare. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such caring hands while I work out. I highly recommend this gym to any parent looking for a supportive and welcoming environment!"

"I've been a member for almost 2 years now. It's definitely the best gym in the surrounding area, without question. The equipment is great and well maintained. The place is clean and well cared for. The members in general are great people. The staff really seems to care about the place. Highly recommend."

"Came to visit while competing at Universe - and this gym exceeded my expectations - everything you need and more! The staff were friendly - the day pass was easy to get - plenty of equipment (strength training & cardio), locker rooms were clean, charges everywhere, a juice bar with food/drinks, and benches to sit down and pass the time like I did waiting for my Lyft before going to my next destination! Definitely recommend and will come back if I am ever in the NJ area, I’m from the West Coast - Las Vegas - and we need something like this out there."
