"I wish I could give zero stars. These are the most unprofessional thieves I’ve ever seen. They had already “lost” a piece of my husbands designer clothing and foolishly I decided to give them another try. Just dropped off a brand new with tags Balenciaga hoodie on October 10th and have been going back for three weeks and kept being told it’s not ready yet. Today is October 31st and when I went in she told me they lost the garment. They are 100% stealing designer clothes to resell on the aftermarket. They never lose anything that’s not of value but miraculously they only lose clothes worth thousands of dollars. The lady at the desk told me she could just give me $125 for my hoodie to “make it right” for a brand new with tags $2000 hoodie. As soon as I walked in she says “oh we lost it but look here’s our policy so we can only pay you 10x the cleaning fee” and I hadn’t even said anything yet and then starting writing gibberish on my ticket and underlining their “policy” on the back. THEY ARE THIEVES making money off of your designer clothes. Just filed a police report for stolen property and I will sue them for the $5k worth of clothes they have “lost” and fully intend to take them to court."

"Rude , nasty And big actitud also very expensive for alteration 4 small seams without any cuts, almost 50 dollars and putting up with their rudeness, not necessary. On 43rd Street, it's cheaper and has better service. Never again in that place."

"I've been coming here on and off for several years while working out of town, and it's always been a great experience. This is a family-run business, and they’re incredibly friendly—they even remember me, even if it’s been months since my last visit. I’ve only used their wash and fold service, and they do an excellent job every time. My clothes come back clean, smelling fresh, and perfectly folded. I can drop them off in the morning, and they’re always ready by the time I finish work. I highly recommend this place!"

"I went in there carrying a pair of pants I wanted altered. Because the makeshift changing area was very small, it makes me want to do the same thing somewhere else next time. That was my only experience with this place and the only reason for the two star rating. Sheng Cleaners is located on 46th Street, between 9th and 10th Avenue (closer to 9th). The price charged ($20) was the lowest I found in this area."
