"My girlfriend had an appointment with Jane yesterday for manicure and pedicure. She went there with a reference picture with theme 'ocean'. The color looks so different than the photo, the technique looks off, the shape is different from one hand to another. Moreover, the toes nails are cut super short. I don't think the service was at mark for the whopping 268$ she paid. She should have been informed before if they were not sure of the deliverable and she would have chosen something basic. As the person was unable to do the design, in the mid-way she was asked to choose from the stickers. The other two nails on which there was a coral design- it ended up looking like a christmas pepper mint candy. They did offer a 'nail-fix appointment' the next day but she was so skeptical as it would be the same artist as before. Moreover they did not agree to change the shape of the nails from oval to square. They were pretty rude and unbothered as she had to cancel her appointment for this and have it completely re-done with another artist. The funny part is that when she went there twice before with other nail artists, she was absolutely happy with the result."

"Those ladies are absolute legends! First things first, they follow a professional sterilization process.the same sterilization devices I use at my surgical facility, which is awesome! They gave me lots of tips and tricks for nail care, and my visit was super informative. Most importantly, I’ve never received such a clean manicure and perfectly detailed nail art before. They have two locations, which makes it super convenient!"

"Update: The owner reached out and offered free service for my experience. I don’t live in NY so she offered me a partial refund instead. Really nice of them to do. I’m sure your experience depends on the nail tech you have. This was my first Russian manicure. I thought it looked great when I was leaving the salon. 5 days in there was already lifting on one nail and the next day, four nails had lifted. I was visiting and had to immediately go to a salon back home and get them fixed. A little over $100 with tip. Dirt was getting in from the tip of my nail, it wasn’t properly sealed. There was hard gel on my skin that I had to ask multiple times to be cleaned up before curing, and sides of my nails weren’t fully covered."
