"My first time ever getting gel x, so don’t have much to compare to, but the set came out beautifully! The nail tech tried to match to the inspo but did it in her own way, and I love it! Also listened to my requests well, and helped me choose some colors. Overall a good experience and I’ll continue to rave about these nails!"

"I once was quoted a price, and when the service was done, I was given another price. I said woa really? you serious? laughingly bc i couldnt tell if she was playing or not. that week I budgeted for my nails so i wouldve went somewhere else or done a simpler set if she was transparent from the beginning. I said damn i wanted to tip you. She said " I dont care about your tip " She "doesnt need" my tip and to keep it. real rude. like your prices are high enough for her living and yall dont care about my loyalty to put bread in your pocket & business for good solid work. OK . next......"

"I have been loyal to this business and the first three chairs for the past ten years. Time and time again throughout this last year n change their quality of service towards me has drastically declined. Now they are just overall rude. It was becoming a pattern to say I’m next, a few minutes and then they work on someone else who sat down after me and I’m waiting for multiple other services to be done first. Hours pass. Just say that there’s a wait. Jack plays in my face and Rita has a nasty attitude as if my short pointy nails are too much work for them to get the shape correctly. As if they don’t know me, what I like and what I’m looking for - I’ve bragged for years and brought many other hands toes and heads in support of their business. My services became consistently rushed and don’t last anymore how they used to. I work with my hands so I need them clean and sharp with a smooth growout. I’m particular and something told me go somewhere else but due to bowling I’m like let me see how they treat just one nail fix hopefully in and out. I sat there in disgust as Rita directed the other staff that I will wait for her and then as I said anyone can do me today she tells me to wait for Jack because they don’t want me to have to file it myself. I tell her if I need to adjust the shape I don’t mind (I’m OCD and like to file if the tech ain’t getting it) she tells me no wait for Jack only and Jack consistently tells me I over filed my cuticle in an annoyed nasty way and I’m repeating to him that I did not do that. The tech who started them did not understand what I was asking for as far as the narrowness of the shape. I want my nail filed less round, period. Not my skin. He leaves me with the nail file to do myself, but didn’t start it with the drill or anything. For me to do the most work filing from scratch when I’m avoiding over filing means I’ll be rubbing the file against the skin where the drill should be. If I had the set up to do my own nails from scratch I wouldn’t be paying them to do it….. Jack continues someone after starting me, who Rita started before taking me, who sat down after I had already been waiting for either her or him. So I’m asking if anyone else can finish my one nail and Rita is raising her voice at me saying they don’t want to take me the other techs are scared of me because I’m particular and takes too much time. Mind you I’m there for one nail and can correct the file myself. First of all, learn how to deliver what the client is asking for and don’t make them seem problematic for what they like. (pt 1) continued…….."

"usually when i get my nails done here it’s fine. But today i went to one worker who rushed everything she did (i got there around 4 and they close at 7) she didn’t listen to what toe design i wanted and just painted them all one color. Then she made the acrylic on my toe just look like one humongous square block. I also came in for a refill and the usual person i go to would ask me if she should fix the length, she would also make my nails sharp and even. But this woman made the coffin shape lopsided and rounded at the ends. She saw the nail didn’t dry and proceeded grab my hand up in the uv which smudged the polish in the process. She then became annoyed while fixing the smudge. All i wanted was a red french tip and a one heart on my ring finger. She completely messed up the heart and just left it like that. Over all she did a horrible job and she was extremely rude to me. She refused to listen to me and my nails are butchered $105 down the drain. I added the style i got first and what i asked for second"

"I love this nail salon. I used to come here when I younger jack does my eyebrows perfect every time. Today was the 1st time I visited in years due to covid. I wanted to treat myself and sisters and got a gel manicure and my brows I paid for my sister's filling and our total was $62 and we tipped $12. They're super expensive. However, we were please with our overall service. The wait wasn't to long at all."
