"Mixed my whites with my colored clothes, and now my whites are pink and dingy. Such a rookie mistake and I expected better from a laundry service."

"I picked up my shirts and they were still dirty. So they said they would fix it. I went back and there are still spots everywhere. They charged us over $50 to launder 6 shirts and they did a terrible job for that price. Staff is not helpful. Terrible place. Go elsewhere"

"I can’t recommend Sammy’s Dry Cleaning enough! I was in a bind before a gala, and Alberto, the store manager, went above and beyond to help. He quickly ironed my shirt and handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. It was truly top-notch service! The attention to detail and willingness to help out last-minute made all the difference. I’ll definitely be returning and recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional dry cleaning services."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE! I brought a dress in for alteration and they mutilated it. If the alteration was not doable, they should have refused the order. When I picked up the dress no one acknowledged the damage. I was simply handed the dress. Before I leave any tailor, I check the work first, incase adjustment is needed. They punctured my dress all along the hem. It looks like it was sewn and undone several times. They even made sewing marks where it was not supposed to be altered. After I made discovery of the problem no one could get in touch with owner for 24 hours. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. There is NO sign anywhere and it is not noted on the receipt that if they damage your item they can keep it. I asked 100x to show me where that policy is noted and he couldn't. The owner, Roy, is dismissive. The other people who work there can't even help you. He was so worried about an insurance claim, yet has no "watch you step" sign when you enter/exit where there is a drop of step. DO NOT GO HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. He is opening other locations, they will ruin your garments and be rude about it. He ONLY apologized at the end when he got his way. TERRIBLE BUSINESS MAN."

"This is the best dry cleaner and tailor in the neighborhood for your everyday pieces to more special items! The owner of the store, Roy, is so friendly, patient, and receptive to feedback. I’ve come in with the toughest stains and they’ve been dry cleaned every time to look brand new. I also have a lot of vintage clothes that I’ve gotten altered thanks to Roy’s most creative solutions. I’ve gotten pants hemmed, dresses taken in, buttons added, and they’ve always come back looking as if that’s how it was made to be thanks to Roy and his team of professional seamstresses. With years of experience, he’s a true professional and I fully trust him for his expert opinion. I truly look forward to coming in for their services and I’ve already recommended his other locations to my friends around the city. Go visit him and you won’t be disappointed :)"
