"Do not get your hair cut by Jennifer. I want to start by saying I work in the industry as an esthetician and have worked alongside cosmetologists at Ulta Beauty, so I understand professional salon standards. Jennifer “cut” my hair (Thursday December 3rd) but spent most of the appointment either trying to upsell me products or rudely castigating the poor trainees that unfortunately work at this location. My hair came out jagged and completely uneven, days before I’m supposed to be getting engaged, which I explained to the staff. I later learned Jennifer is the manager/owner, which makes the experience even more concerning. I returned the next day to have Angela fix it. Angela was kind and truly tried her best, but the original issues were too difficult to correct. The cut is still noticeably uneven, with one side cut vertically and the other on a diagonal. Throughout the fix, Jennifer repeatedly rushed and snapped at Angela while I was clearly upset. Eventually Jennifer came over to me and said loudly for everyone to hear that she’s “so glad I’m happy with it now” and ushered me out - I did not respond or at any point say I was happy with it (because I know salons often respond to Google review comments attempting to claim that the customers originally expressed satisfaction). I do appreciate Angela’s effort, but I now have to get a third haircut elsewhere before my engagement. This experience was unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful (especially watching the owner speak to her employees the way she does)."

"PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Pic 1: my initial hair; Pic 2: I went in to blend in my roots and it turned brassy, dry, and ruined the color; Pic 3: they promised to color correct me, cut off half my length, and turned even more brassy; Pic 4: part of the amount I spent in between to dye/tone (excluding tips and other cards used this year). A picture is worth a thousand words and you can see why."

She listened to what I wanted and delivered even better results than I expected. No pressure, no upselling — just real, honest work.
