"I have been a regular for wash and fold for two years (3-4 x month). The folding and organization of clothes has been getting increasingly worse, which I can deal with because it's a more affordable and convenient service. However, 4 times in the past two months I've received laundry that is so wrinkled it's unwearable. I can't even steam / iron the wrinkles out, I've literally had to re-soak and dry them."

"I purchased some Nike tech sweats and had them dry cleaned after one wear. I took them to riverside for dry cleaning and they Burnt my brand new pants & refused any corrective service. Terrible service all around the board. Do not recommend"

"I’ve given this dry cleaning service multiple chances, but I’m very disappointed. This is now the third time I’ve sent clothes to be cleaned and they’ve been returned with the same stains still on them, as if no effort was made to actually treat them. On top of that, the delivery is sometimes unreliable—my clothes are not delivered on the day I request, usually arriving at least a day late. Considering how expensive their services are, I would expect them to do a better job, but that has not been the case. I will not be using them again and cannot recommend them to others."

"I dropped off three linen shirts to get dry cleaned before I went on a trip. I was drawn in by the great price and great hours of this place. I called to follow up about the status of my clothes and it was fielded by a strangely rude man. To top it off, I came to pick up my clothes and they stretched my shirts so much they were close to unwearable before my trip. I’ve dry cleaned these shirts multiple times and never had that experience. All around bad time with this service and I’ll go back to using my other ones even if it’s more expensive."

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dry cleaner. My form fitting silk dress was returned to me with deep, unsightly marks—clearly the result of it being carelessly stretched on a hanger. It’s baffling how such a basic mistake could be made by a professional cleaner. When I raised the issue, the owner assured me the damage could be fixed. However, when I returned to pick it up, the marks were still very much there. I had to make a third trip just to speak with the owner in person and push for some form of accountability. Only then did they manage to correct the mistake. What really sealed the experience for me was the owner’s attempt to blame me—claiming the damage was due to me leaving the dress there “too long.” That kind of excuse is unacceptable. If leaving clothes for a few extra days puts them at risk of being mishandled, that’s a serious red flag. There are at least four other dry cleaners within a block of this place. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere"
