"My only concern is the music in the early mornings is too loud. A gentlemen really likes the loud and heavy sound. Early morning at 5am should be a nice music 🎶 beside this I love this gym 🏋️♀️"

"I love this gym! It’s close to my home and it has everything I need! Mostly everyone that works there is very welcoming, except for one of the front desk employees (Stephanie) honestly she seems racist. I see her joking and laughing all the time with other Spanish people but anytime I go to the desk for anything she gives me a huge attitude, rolls her eyes, and does what I need. I say thank you and she just rolls her eyes and looks away. I’m black and I’ve seen her do it to both black and white people. She makes me feel so uncomfortable that I’ve started coming in later when she’s not working. Sucks because I miss going at my normal time in the morning. But each time I interact with her it pretty much ruins all my motivation to work out for the day. Other than that I’ve been going to this gym for years and I love it! Maybe she’s just tired after an early shift or something. But it just really upsets me when she treats me like crap then acts nice with the next customer. I’m finally fed up and had to leave the review."

"I just began my membership and noticed many of the machines don't work. The front person had no clue many machines weren't working. It's so crowded and noisy. This facility needs a face lift. I'm trying one more day. If I still feel the same, I will cancel my membershipt."

"Very clean and great facility. Love the ample space and overall simplicity of it. Enjoyed the music played as well 😂, realized I didn’t have my headphones in the entire session cuz I was bumping their music lol. Will definitely be visiting this location more regularly."

"Recently relocated to queens and was so happy to see it has a retro fitness near my new place. What I walked into was nothing compared to all the retro fitness clubs I've been to. Re-rack policy is non existent, the barbells and equipment are screaming to be replaced. Some of the pull down bars and equipment is kept on a side wall that looks like it's seen better days. On another note the floor is literally tearing apart, in some parts of the gym. I saw a young guy doing dead lifts in the middle of the gym, away from the dead lift pads. No other gym would have allowed that to happened, it's just damaging the floors even more and the equipment. If corporate is reading this, please let us know where the " yearly annual fees for club improvements go?" If you ever want to see what a severely neglected gym looks like, just come to this one."
