"Today I decided to get a massage. The woman was so rough. It wasn’t relaxing at all!! As I started walking towards the exit door. The receptionist rudely called me back and pointed with aggression, towards the masseuse. She then said to me " Tip your masseuse " It was truly the worst experience. If you see any positive reviews here, it’s probably from people that they personally know, and they are asking them to write it. The service here was horrible. I literally went there to just simply relax. The masseuse was very rough with me. The receptionist, basically forced me to come out of my pocket after paying for services. For a horrible experience."

"Had a Groupon 90 min couples massage here today. It was AMAZING! Exactly what we needed as people who work 12/24hr shifts! We are so grateful they took a thorough approach to kneading and breaking down the knots stretching our bodies and giving complete relief from the tension. Not in manhattan often but I will definitely find my way back here!"

"Massage was great, the place was very clean however they are greedy, paid $10 service fee which wasn’t stated before hand, i was okay with but when I tipped , they kept telling me to tip even more than what i already did and 2 workers stood around and kept saying tip more as if tip is mandatory. They don’t understand you do not have to tip for a service if you do not want to, it’s just common courtesy and if you do tip to ask for even more is greedy and unprofessional. my back has also been non stop super itchy from whatever they used and during the service her and the woman who was working on my friend kept laughing and speaking."

"That was my first massage ever, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience. The people were waiting by the door for us. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the massage was sooooo relaxing. Really worked out all the knots in my back while letting me relaxed. 90 mins went by so fast! Thank you, Relay, for a great first massage experience!"

"The service at the Renew Spa was very good. Only one person could speak English. The others we had to translate over the phone. The building looks a little like a hole in the wall but it was fine after I saw we were across the street from an upscale rooftop bar 👀. After my session, I left a tip of $10 but they wanted me to leave more and almost wouldn't let me leave Lol. I ended up leaving $20, wow talking about pressure 😵‍💫! I was very pleased after the service. BODY WAS FEELING GOOD, ENERGIZED, AND READY TO HIT NYC. Good place for a massage."
