"This was my first time here. I was looking for a place with builder gel for a reasonable price. The environment was cute and the end result was very nice with the exception of one nail shape and a lack of the polish coverage on some of the sides. But, clearly otherwise they do high quality work and I have already received compliments. However, the removal process was painful, the e-filing burned and consistently run on my skin, and on some nails the gel was manually torn off. I love quiet and no-frills appointments, but the interactions were curt. I would go back for the quality of the finished nails but between the painful removal and the service I wouldn’t be too comfortable going back. Without considering the removal I think it would have been a solid 4 star appointment."
