"Pathetic customer service. Only worth joining if you're nearby and want a cheap gym. Expect nothing more. I upgraded to Black Card member so I can use the massage bed and three days later the machine broke down but when it broke down last year for 6 weeks I couldn't get credit on my membership. I had to downgrade. Why send out a survey if you,re not going to make any changes based on customer feedback? So many other complaints not worth going into. I've been to other PF and some are the same and some are great but this one is bare minimum. Lets not pretend its anything its not a cheap gym to go to if you live close by. Nothing more. I'm assuming the mgmt will write a cursory we'll take your feedback seriously but they won't."

"They took away a ton of treadmills just for multiple of the remaining new ones to be constantly broken. You now have to wait for a treadmill to open. Ridiculous. Edit:I’ve submitted several issues through the app to staff and never received a response. I’m glad to see you read Google Reviews. For the last week the heat has been out of control in the gym. This can’t be news to you as you’ve installed large fans on the gym floor. Please find an actual solution. It’s a sauna in here!"

"Average gym, but great for a planet fitness. Never too busy at the times I’ve gone. My only complain would be the dimness of the lighting in the free-weights room and it can often be warm inside. But overall a good experience for a decent workout"

"Overall I get a good workout. I'm excited they are getting new machines at the moment. I hope they get the machines that auto count reps like in the Boerum location. I see staff cleaning when I'm there and that's a priority for me. The women's locker area needs some maintenance. I noticed peeling wallpaper and corner guards are broken, but my biggest complaint, the lighting everywhere, including in the locker room. Why so dim?!?! I signed up at the Boerum, I'm 100% comparing locations."

"I’ve been a member of this gym for several years. Over time, I’ve noticed occasional issues in the locker room area and have reported my concerns to the front desk each time. Yesterday, I securely locked my belongings before working out for about an hour. When I returned, my locker was open and my wallet, including my IDs, was missing. I immediately notified the front desk and was informed that similar incidents have occurred before. I also filed a police report. It’s disappointing to hear that this seems to be a recurring problem, and I wish more had been done to prevent it. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I’ve decided to cancel my membership and can’t recommend this location to others until the situation is resolved. I've been back 3 days in a row to speak with the manager but was told that the manager had left earlier."
