The space that Anna has created, both literally -- a beautiful, calming, clean environment -- and energetically -- a container of love and community -- is unparalleled. I have taken hundreds of classes here and every teacher is incredibly knowledgable, creative, empathetic, and pays a great deal of respect to the lineage of yoga. The flows are inventive, the adjustments are supportive, the dharma talks are inspiring. My practice has greatly transformed and advanced since becoming a student of OYH. I am a staunch evangelist of this studio and cannot recommend it enough. It is a place to find sanctuary in a very chaotic city and has deepened my connection with my body, spirit, and mind. "What can I even say? This yoga studio is perfect. I felt so welcomed and at home here. Anna is a powerful and humble teacher. She encourages physical spiritual and emotional healing in a subtle and safe way. I highly recommend coming to a class. The studio is spacious and has a great vibe.
