"I’ve been a loyal client of this nail salon for over four years, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. I paid $130 for a gel manicure, and this is what my nails looked like the very next day. Completely unacceptable. When I contacted the salon about a repair, I was met with unhelpful staff, limited availability, and—unbelievably—they wanted to charge me extra to fix their poor work. My time and money are valuable, and I refuse to support a business that delivers subpar results and then tries to squeeze more out of their clients to correct their own mistakes. You’ve officially lost a long-term customer"
