"I have been at Newself Bodywork 2 times in total, I really enjoyed the first visit. Massage was good and enough for me to go again. But last week, when I was there, another woman came to massage me. Even though she was strong, there was no technique whatsoever. It was just strong rubbing. She did not speak english at all, and I felt worse on my lower back the day after. I spend over 80$ on massage that day, I cannot justify the price and quality of the massage unfortunately."

"I rarely write reviews, but I feel I need to share this experience. I booked a 60-minute body massage because my legs were very sore, and it turned out to be the worst massage I’ve ever had. From the beginning, I repeatedly asked for stronger pressure, but the therapist ignored my requests and barely touched me as if she didn’t want to work. It felt more like aimless touching than an actual massage. To make it worse, with about 10 minutes left, she suddenly started rubbing my face even though I was wearing makeup. I clearly asked her not to touch my eyes, but she continued rubbing my eyes and forehead, which was extremely uncomfortable. When I reminded her again that I came for my legs, she just mumbled and went back to lightly patting my legs instead of giving any real massage. I paid $63 for what was essentially a stressful and unpleasant “touching session,” not a massage. This was a complete waste of money and time, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived."

"A friend recommended this massage parlor. This is my first time here today. The parlor is very clean and tidy. The masseuses are also very enthusiastic and professional. After the massage, my whole body feels clean and relaxed. I am very grateful to my masseuse. I will come back again."
