Every trip I make to the store has been impactful and educational. I’ve bought products and attended workshops at the store and always left with more than I intended, not only product wise but also with knowledge. Highly recommended for gardeners of all levels"

"I have to say that after being to four or five different places , Andrew, who I believe is the owner, was absolutely great! He knew everything we needed to know which I was very impressed with considering we are going to be a commercial operation, he embarrassingly knew more than I did 🤣🤣....... Andrew thank you for all of your guidance and help and look forward to our continued business together. Thank you for making me a nice staff that much more comfortable in this venture"

"Drove over an hour to get here for the place to be closed. It’s currently 3:18pm. On Google it states it closes at 6pm on Sundays (which was just updated 7 days ago according to Google). I called the location and a guys picked up. I asked if they were open, he claims they just closed. I stated the hours posted online and he simply repeats himself saying we just closed. I then proceed to speak back and I got hung up on. I’m sure the products are great, but guess I should’ve listening to their reviews about lack of customer service. **Add on in reply to comment left by the owner:** I came back to this review willing to adjust the stars since I didn’t get the “full experience” and thought to myself for a moment, “Maybe I was too harsh on the review”. I should go back and give it a second chance I later thought, maybe the line got cut off, maybe he didn’t hang up on me. Again coming back to edit my review cause I was maybe outside myself. But after seeing your reply, I’ll DEFINITELY leave it as is. Don’t call a potential customer a liar, leaves a bad taste in future customers mouths to see how you can speak to people whom you don’t know. And yes it was a woman who called. I AM THE WOMAN. Just cause I shorten my name to JAY. Doesn’t mean I’m a man. You did not mention on the call you were driving away and willing to come back. Maybe instead of repeating “We are closed” every time I spoke and instead saying something along the lines of “We are closed, but I’d be willing to come back and help you”. Might have been a different more pleasant tone to the conversation. I’ve read all of your responses to people’s experiences that aren’t 5 stars plus your response to mine and I’m actually happy you didn’t come back to help me. I’m happy it seemed like you hung up on me. I wasn’t meant to do business with you. Simple. I found another location that was more than willing to help me and educate with all my needs. Plus they were open till the time they advertised. So thank you 🙏🏼 without you, I wouldn’t have went to the other location and would’ve missed out on a great experience."

"Went in today to ask questions on my first attempt at growing hydroponically, and left a customer for life. Andrew was extremely helpful and nice. He did not try to sell me the most expensive product, but he did direct me to the best and smartest options for my grow. I am happy that I now have a local store and source for information and tips on growing hydroponically. As for prices, yes their stuff is only slightly more than Amazon, but the advice and service makes any savings on Amazon moot, plus it never hurts to support local!"
