"I had one of the worst massages here. The room was insanely cold and I was shivering the entire time. The masseuse (Justin) didn’t even offer doing anything about it. I spoke up and he turned off AC, but that did not help much. On top of that I requested a deep tissue massage and what I got was a series of light grazing strokes. Did nothing for me. I wanted to target some knots. Couldn’t even relax to this because I was shivering uncontrollably."

"My second visit here and this time I had the pleasure of enjoying a 40-minute body scrub followed by a jacuzzi session and a relaxing massage. From the moment I arrived, The front desk lady (Gracie) is always welcoming and kind but genuinely attentive—offering thoughtful guidance and ensuring I felt comfortable. Leo is now one of my to go massage therapist. I came back again because he was exceptional the first time I came last time. I tried the body ceremony and massage vip combo this time. (This service is call in only) The body scrub itself was exceptional—thorough, rejuvenating, and performed with great care and precision. Leo was highly professional, striking the perfect balance between attentive service and allowing space to relax. Leaving my skin feeling remarkably smooth and renewed. The jacuzzi tub session that followed was a peaceful interlude—quiet, clean, and well-timed to allow my body to fully absorb the benefits of the scrub. The transition into the massage was seamless. Leo took the time to understand my needs. He knew exactly where all my knots and tension was. He adjusted his pressure accordingly without me having to tell any thing . One of the best massages I’ve had in quite a long time. Truly skilled! I will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier self-care experience. "I had a 2 hour deep tissue massage with Constantine, a lot of reviews complain the masseurs don’t use enough pressure but I did not find that to be the case. It was just enough pressure, and I woke up with mild soreness the next day(the good kind). It was my first professional massage and I’m definitely addicted now. The place is clean and free staff is nice. I also got a full body wax with Kylie, I believe, two weeks ago. She was super nice and made you feel comfortable. Kinda awkward in the beginning, but once you come to terms that you’re fully naked in front of two strangers it’s fine lol. The pain is worth the results haha."

"Always my "go to" spa in the neighborhood for a quick Mani (I bite my nails constantly) or a luxurious 120min massage. The facilities are very nice and very clean. Each massage room has a shower for before/after and provides a nice quiet experience. I've had several massage therapists here, but today I had Andrey and he was excellent. I booked 2 hours after a stressful few weeks, and he took his time and worked out every muscle ache. Very professional and knows what he's doing and does it well. Timothy at the desk is wonderful as always. Looking to come back next month and make this a more regular self care day. Cheers!"
