"I went here a few times and it was good but then I tried to get a gel and it went terribly. When I politely told them that it hadn’t cured right they became super rude and treated me poorly. Spending this kind of money on a lumpy mess is really upsetting. I don’t think there is any misunderstanding I wanted to make this my spot as my last spot which I went to for a decade closed. At one point the manager refused to speak to me or acknowledge me at all even though I was polite and never raised my voice. I hate when people behave badly in nail salons. You cured new polish over uncurled polish. It was so gross when I removed it. The whole experience was TERRIBLE."

"My friend and I went in for a pedicure & the beginning part was amazing! Extremely relaxing. When it came to the polish was where there was a problem. Mine turned out alright but my friend’s nail polish never cured. We came in around 5:45,shop closes at 7:30, by 6:45 my toes were dry and I was good to go. Unfortunately for my friend, her toes did not dry and were still tacky. We expressed this to the woman at the front that the UV was not curing the nails and asked politely to try another lamp. It is noted at this point it was about 7:00. They instead applied more polish and put her toes back under the same lamp. While we were waiting, another woman came in and her toes were also not cured and she needed her nails repainted as well. By the time of 7:15 the nails were still not cured, she asked politely for another UV lamp, but the nail tech instead removed all the polish and redid it. By 7:30, we had asked 3 times to try another UV lamp, which there were 5 of on the counter. They seemed to ignore us and simply told us to wait under the current lamp. The nails were still not cured despite us waiting another 20 minutes and at this point they urged us to pay because they were closing. My friend refused as she was uncomfortable paying before the pedicure was properly finished. Eventually we felt they were ushering us out and paid and left despite the nail polish not being cured. The polish, as expected, came off in the ten minutes of walking we did to get home. It’s notable these were not gel pedicures and just regular OPI nail polish. No idea why it wouldn’t dry but they didn’t seem to care about the result nor the time wasted for drying, nor did they offer a discount. As someone visiting, there are better more attentive places likely to go nearby that will give you lasting results, this place is not one of them."

"Pedicure : Lucy paid great attention to the detail of giving me my pedicure. She was gentle and precise to the work of the pedicure. I would highly recommend her.?Nail And Spa is an easy local business to support. Pleasant, clean environment too."

"Longest powder/dip manicure of all time. I asked for square nails with rounded corners, she gave me rounded nails that are uneven and poorly filed. She didn’t have enough product and was trying to pour it out of the bottle onto my nails, and the clear coat didn’t stick at all because she used the wrong products. Clear peeled off in 12 hours with one hand wash with soap. Waste of $50+ tip. Honorable mention: The place is old, the paint is peeling off the walls, and it’s dirty and dingy inside."

"This is my first time attending this nail salon. It was very pleasant; I received a couple of minutes of massage. I was in and out for an SNS nail color in 35 minutes. I got a discount for paying in cash, so be mindful if you want to get a discount. I thought the service was great; there weren't a lot of people, and it was helpful to call ahead to schedule a time to meet with a nail tech. Please see the pictures, and my nails were beautiful!"
