"5 out of 10 spa , is getting worse and worse. My wife said that room from the back door parking lot to the front desk smells bad, with a stench of seafood and oil. The masseurs don't work as hard as the previous ones. The front desk staff are more impolite and disrespectful than before. We remember that Coco works on weekends, but we haven't seen her even when we went on weekends. She would arrange the masseur we wanted and she was very friendly"

"Went in person to ask questions and the person at the front desk was very combative. I asked questions about services and got a reply, “that’s standard” I wanted to book a service, was asked which service, then told, “no don’t tell me what service, tell me how long you want.” All appointments were hand written in a composition book. I don’t think this is a legit spa massage place. Only hourly hotels and this spa asks for “how long” Shady business practices. I never see anyone enter or leave. I had booked a service here when they first opened and they did seem legit then."

"Mosa spa is the cleanest, most spacious and comfortable place in New York. The masseurs are very professional and excellent. My friends also like it very much. Besides, the receptionist is very polite and dressed very formally and beautifully. We haven't seen her for a long time! But what made us feel extremely disgusted was that when I was paying, the receptionist was eating food and bad attitude while talking to me, and the smell was extremely unpleasant last week , we don’t know what is the pretty receptionist’s name , she is very neat ."

"I came here with a Groupon and was treated very poorly. The front desk lady was rude and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. The therapist didn’t speak English and gave me a deep tissue massage instead of the relaxing one I booked. At the end, both the therapist and the receptionist waited for a tip. I gave $10, but the receptionist said “minimum $20” and pressured me to pay more, even suggesting I use my card. It was extremely awkward and embarrassing. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected instead of relaxed."

"Angela was great. The place was clean, and the linens smelled fresh. It was mostly quiet except for when people checked in. As soon as I left I told my friend about it and he went to see Angela too and he also liked it."
