"Great local gym that is accessible if you stay at Distrikt Hilton hotel. Has everything you need, although you’ll have to look carefully around the various corners. Great staff at the front desk and well calibrated treadmills."

"Love this gym. It has real New York energy, great bodybuilders, and an amazing vibe. Aiden at the front desk is the best and makes incredible shakes. Huge shoutout to my trainer Jovan one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. 💪"

"This place has been scamming me for almost 2 years at this point. First off the gym signed me up TWICE back in 2023: they charged me for a full year and monthly. I complained to management several times to indifference and promises it would get personally dealt with by the owner. Nothing happened - I kept getting charged monthly and I obviously never renewed my yearly. Now it’s 2025 - Im still being charged $52 per month, and every time I go here to try and cancel I get a paper note and nothing confirmed I’m cancelled. I will try again and have recorded evidence of me trying one last time before I take my next step. I’m tired of getting ripped off. To avoid being charged indefinitely I will cancel my credit card you are charging as my final last straw if my next in person doesn’t cancel this account, and you can take my arse for collections. Bear in mind I will use this review as evidence that I have been trying to contact you many times both in person and over the phone to cancel to no avail. EDIT: the gym finally agreed to stop charging me and officially canceled my membership. I’ll take a point back for at least doing this, but still…the amount of hounding I did is a lot. This should have been nipped in the bud in October 2023."

"Trained here for 3 days during my recent trip. I train very early in the morning so place was quite empty. Lot of good equipment, cool underground vibe, I really liked it. Staff was also very helpful and welcoming. Day pass of 30$ is a bit steep but beats hotel gym and I enjoyed lifting here."

"They have a Nautilus pullover machine. The legit, old-school chain driven one; Dorian Yates Blood & Guts style. The place could literally be on fire and I’d still rate it 5 stars from that alone. Owner or whoever in charge of the equipment knows what’s up. Jokes aside, place is kept clean and they have a nice selection of bodybuilding-oriented equipment. I highly recommend trying the pullover machine, plate loaded chest fly and the panotta low row if you’ve never used them. The stretch and squeeze is unlike any other exercise. The vibe is very hardcore yet friendly. And unlike many “hardcore bodybuilding” gyms the bathrooms don’t stink like roider piss (if you know you know. If you take “vitamins” please get your liver enzymes checked cuz we can smell it). Goes without saying that they also have squat racks benches a dumb bell rack etc; the basics. Cable station with rowing and pull down area and lots of fun attachments. There is also a stretching area. Went at 5pm on a Sunday and was not too crowded either. This spot is in the middle of Times Square basically though, so day pass is like 30 bucks and I’m assuming everything else in there is priced accordingly as well but I didn’t try the shakes or buy any of the protein bars so i wouldn’t know. Front desk guy was super helpful with everything and kind. If you’re a fan of Arthur Jones’s HIT style training, this is the place to go based on the machines they have available. They got lots of gadgets and gizmos in there where you can just lock your body in and take a muscle group to absolute failure and beyond. My only nitpick is I wish they had a high row machine. They have a hammer strength chest supported row and a panotta low row but I feel like a plate loaded high row would make this gym feel complete."
