"I cannot say enough good things about this shop! I've been in here to get tattooed twice since July and have had the best experiences. The space itself is big, very clean and really nicely decorated, great vibes. I've gotten work done by Santo and Ian and they are both very kind and incredibly talented people. "Love this shop, favorite shop in New York and possibly of all time. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful, the shop is beautiful and massive and it is probably the cleanest shop I've ever been to. They have excellent guest tattoo artists, like Francesco Ferrara, who is not only my favorite tattoo artist but is also super friendly, professional and clean, I am always excited to get an appointment with him and always looking forward for him coming back to New York. And it is a big plus that he comes to Memorial. Environment at the shop is excellent, everyone is super respectful and encouraging and always looking out for the client's comfort. The resident artists are some of the best in the business in my opinion, had work done with Phil and Christine, both great professionals and super friendly people and I expect to get at least one piece done with all the other artists, you really can't go wrong with any of them."

"Impossible to overstate how good this shop is. Super clean shop, and everyone was very friendly. I waited a long time to get that spot with Phil, and it was absolutely worth the wait. He was accommodating and patient as I asked to see a different version of his design....very personable and professional.
