The equipment is modern and well-maintained, with plenty of options for both strength training and cardio. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating. "This gym is very well put. I can always find a free unused machine. There are different types of equipements for the same muscles group, ensuring availability and time management. The staff are really helpful and always try to help as much as they can. The community is welcoming, everyone will help you if they notice you need help or can do something more efficiently. Overall a very good experience 10/10"

"This gym has great equipment. I been here for a while and there is always great customer service. There is always an empty machine to use. The locker rooms are great. The manager is pretty great as well."

"Matrix is such an incredible gym! It’s super clean, the staff is friendly, the classes are challenging, and it’s not super packed. I’d recommend it to anyone! Irv is also super helpful with signing up."

"I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, with plenty of machines and free weights available. The space is kept clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming, and they’re quick to help if you have a question or need assistance. They always have great music playing. Will definitely miss this gym as I am moving to Long Island. All in all, a great place to work out whether you’re a beginner or more experienced."
