"Good quality but got sticker shock at how much it cost to have a regular jacket cleaned. It was like $40 for a bomber-style jacket with no unusual materials. They did an standard job so I feel like I can get a much better rate somewhere else."

"I usually get my clothes tailored back home in Texas, so I’m not too familiar with pricing in New York. That said, this lovely couple did a great job with my dress and were a pleasure to work with. The cost felt a little on the higher side, but since I’m not well-versed in local rates, it’s hard to say. Overall, my dress turned out beautifully, and this is a great neighborhood spot to check out!"

"Thieves! Watch out for attempted robbery because they do not honor their prices. They tried to charge me $75 for alterations to two pants even though their prices say $20 max per item, plus another $54 for drycleaning two suits, also not in line with their prices. They presented me a bill for $104, which I protested. They said prices were 10 years old, but I gave them my credit card anyway. Then they gave me a receipt to sign for $129. Bait and switch! I immediately asked them to void, which they countered with a 10% discount. After some yelling, they finally voided my transaction. Avoid this place. Update in response to owner's reply: (1) UPDATE YOUR PRICES! You should honor the prices you advertise; (2) You do not deny giving me a bill for $104, and then a receipt for $129; (3) I had to ask like 6 or 7 times and raise my voice before you agreed to refund me. You tried to use the fact that *I TRIED ON MYT OWN PANTS* as an excuse to not refund me. Because you spent 2 whole minutes taking waist measurements?! No. You have very shady business practices and nobody should do business with you."

"My favorite pants were SAVED by this place! I had red wine spilled on these pants, walked through rain/dirt, and had this stuff settle in for at least 5 days. Was skeptical that the dirt and wine stains would come out, but the stains are completely gone! Not to mention, all the stuff I brought in also smells great! I am so happy and pleased with this service. Highly recommend :)"

"Stopped by to purchase COVID 19 masks. Beautiful selection of 2 layer masks with nose wire and optional filter pocket. The staff were so lovely and kind - they even included filters for the masks with pockets! Wonderful people, I highly recommend."
