"Liz was wonderful. They picked up my bag of clothing, replaced it with a better bag with a name tag. The new bag came back with clean clothes folded nicely. The price was great too."

"They do a good job for a decent price. On two separate occasions two items were not returned to me, a bath mat and a sweater. When I brought it up to them and asked about my missing items I was told to check my house and that is was not possible that they misplaced my items. Since I gain nothing from lying about them losing my stuff, they could have handled the situation better."

"Fine place for wash & fold at $1/lb. Nice people, and haven't had a delay or incorrectly washed item. Haven't used their delivery though, so can't comment on that."
