"We’ve come here a few times over the past couple of years. They are friendly but I have to say they really dont know what they’re doing. You can tell when you’re getting a massage they are not trained, use little to no pressure, and we always leave disappointed having not received much if any relief. We even specifically asked them to use more pressure and it makes no difference, whether that be back or foot therapy. For this reason we wont go back here. There are other options that cost less and they work harder and do a better job elsewhere."

"I love this place. I moved to Jersey City in March and was desperate to find a good massage place that was clean, gave good deep tissue massages at a reasonable price, and was flexible with appointment times (ie late hours and you could drop in fairly last minute). KW Spa checks all the boxes, and Gary gives dream massages. So glad to have found this place, and the staff is kind and caring. They also have an ATM inside. Will keep going back!"

"I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The manager, Sophia, was very warm and welcoming, which made me and my friend feel comfortable right away. I had two sessions with Babe, and she did an amazing job - she really understands muscle structure and adjusted the pressure perfectly to my needs. The hot stone treatment was incredibly relaxing, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!"

"I had an amazing experience with Grey at KW Spa. From the moment I arrived, Grey was professional, attentive, and welcoming. The massage was excellent – the perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue work, leaving me feeling refreshed and stress-free.
