"This place deserves NOTHING LESS than 5 stars for what you get for the price! ALL DAY access, including food, spa, 1-hr massage, including tip, was like 60 bucks! (they had a special) First of all the front desk person was chill, spoke english perfectly, explained everything. The locker room was clean enough better than a lot of gyms than I have been in. Spa area was the most run-down part of the place, with the hot pool lacking jets. But steam room and sauna were in order, and again, as good as, or better most health clubs and gym facilities that I have been in. Definitely cleaner than most of y'all who are complaining bathrooms! Next the food- I had steamed sweet potato, fried anchovy, turnip and pork belly, and about a gallon of peanut soup. There was also some fried chicken that looked great, other medicinal soups, congee, and tea eggs. All of it was tasty and healthful to me. Not to mention the dining room attendants were cleaning and wiping everything constantly. There is a smoking room, semi outdoors, a roof deck and a sleeping / relaxing lounge. It was tranquil and relaxing. I did almost a full days work on a lounger while a happy guest snored away peacefully the whole time. They swiffered the floor at least twice during that time. The massage was professional, trained in the chinese body rub style, but not weak. Masseuse fixed my back which was sore from stomping the icy streets of Brooklyn in my Tims.. (jk im too old for tims.) They were not pushy about tips, just presented a from with an option tip options, due to the low price of the massage I gave an extra ten bucks, for total of $30 tip. Back to the shower and sauna, more peanut soup and it was time to go. No hassle whatsoever- just thank you byebye etc. I do think though that there is some potential for cultural difference an misunderstanding. This is a Chinese establishment, in a mostly Chinese neigborhood, with mostly Chinese or asian regulars. So you have to consider that some language barriers or habits may differ for yours. I understand Chinese but didnt use it at all, except to compliment the food at the end. I head one masseuse pretty upset because the lady who had booked 2 hrs or massage had presented herself without showering... and I would have been mad too. She was complaining and asking her manager to do something about the stinky feet. but the manager just told to help her wash her feet!! cooked. What would you do? So that part was more funny to me, but if you didn't speak the language you might wonder what the squacking was about. But if you are a lady and you ever got your nails done, you should be used to it hon-nay. So wash yourself, and don't complain. Or pay a hundred more dollars."

"I came here for the first time and really liked both the food and the service. The second visit was completely different: the food was not tasty at all, it was so cold inside you could get sick, and the most outrageous part was the extremely rude front-desk girl. She can’t count, rolls her eyes, and clicks her tongue at customers. Even though the spa and massage were fine, the end of the evening was ruined by her attitude and an unnecessary argument. I thought I would become a regular customer, but now I realize I won’t be coming back. Glad I didn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"We were at Kingspa today and we enjoyed everything. Very clean, the steam rooms are good. But at the very end, when we left and started paying the bill, the girl at the front desk calculated the amount very incorrectly. When we started explaining that we had paid the entire bill at once and now we will only pay with tips. She started mimicking us, making faces that we thought were wrong, making fools of us. It's a good thing that another employee came over and fixed everything up. In the end, we were right and paid only for tips. It was very frustrating. I hope we won't see this girl there again next time. If you see it during your visit, be careful with your account. A young girl with blonde hair and glasses, very bad at grooming, such people should not work with people."

"My friends and I have been meaning to check this place out after finding it randomly on Google Maps. We were more interested after reading all the reviews. Yet, an acquaintance of mine had mentioned that the reviews were exaggerated. So, finally, I got to check the place out last week. It is not the cleanest, but it is not as dirty as the reviews make it out to be. The spa is kind of small, but it definitely has the potential to be a decent place. Like all spas, you check in and pay the fee at the counter. Here, you will place your shoes in your designated shoe rack and wear their slippers instead. As mentioned before, the spa is not that large. The bath area consists of a hot tub, a dry sauna, a steam room, and several shower stalls. The lockers are wider than other places but are not as deep. There is a free buffet that serves Asian snacks, congee, and soup. If there is nothing you want from there, feel free to order from the menu. Drinks are not free and are charged to your locker number, which will be paid in the end. Honestly, the best part of this spa is the relaxation. If the weather permits, feel free to go out to the deck and relax in the cool air and sunny sky. Otherwise, there are several sleeping lounges for you to visit. Two are inside with the lights off so you can sleep. The last one is near the outside deck and isolated. I did not see any yelling staff or sudden overcharge fees as previous reviews have written about. The only thing I do wish is that the bath area was a bit cleaner."
