"This is the best cleaners I have EVER been to. Kathy and her team are fantastic. Always kind and attentive. I’ve brought her countless stains and pieces to be tailored and they never disappoint. I only wish I knew about them when I got married because I would have trusted them with my wedding dress (for alterations and post wedding stain removal). Please do not believe a bad review you see about this place or give them a shot before you disregard them. I would go as far to say they have to be the best cleaners in Manhattan. I would trust them with my most expensive pieces. 10/10 all around."

"This is my second time using Kay French and the first time I had no issues. The people working there were very kind. However, this time when I went to pick up my dress, I found that they sewed the extra button on one of the sleeves to cover up a hole! I would have rather been told there was a hole than to have them try to “fix it” by adding a button that is NOT meant to go in the middle of the sleeve. Very bizarre thing to have happened, but disappointing because the hole would have been easier to fix without a button attached to it. I normally never leave reviews, even if something is not great, but this was shockingly bad."
