"Really the best massage I’ve ever received. If you want a strong massage, it will be given without asking. I’ve heard they will even walk on your back. I wholly support this place. It’s a the best bang for your buck. I legitimately think they should be charging more. Per massage. I’ve heard also they will even walk on your back. "The best massage time and time again. Absolutely rocks me every time in the best way possible. Unlocks muscles I didn’t even know I had. Thorough and effective and peaceful and efficient and always worth the price. 100/10"

"If I could give negative stars, I would. The massage therapists at Kata Spa are really good, and the place itself is excellent. However, I have l experienced significant issues with the man at the front desk, who may be the owner. His behavior has been extremely unpleasant and could be described as either racist, rude, or highly arrogant. For a couple of months, he mysteriously claimed that everything was booked out and unavailable for us. The phone was also mysteriously out of service just for us. He also refused to book my husband for a massage because he did not approve of the tip amount given last time. He told me that on the phone specifically. Another time, when I tried to reschedule an appointment, he told me to never call back again. Others here have also experienced the same treatment. This behavior is incredibly annoying and unprofessional, overshadowing the otherwise good service provided by the therapists."

"This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. My upper back was killing me so I decided to visit this place and have a full body massage. The guy at the front desk was very welcoming and kind and he guided me to my room right away. The therapist greeted me as well with a big smile and asked me which areas should she give more attention. After I explained her how I was feeling I just told her that I need a deep tissue massage. She was incredible! She was concentrated professional and aware about the areas I pointed out to her. I stayed in that room for one hour and I came out a different person. More relaxed and calm. My experience was exceptional! I’ll be back soon."
