"I was in to see Arsen yesterday for the first time. I was only going for a blow out but thoroughly researched salons in the area and read many reviews. This salon and Arsen had consistently excellent ones. From an initial phone call with Arsen to make my appointment to walking out with a new haircut, my experience was wonderful. Svetlana washed my hair with care and patience making sure that I was comfortable and thoroughly washed and rinsed. And then Arsen, who has such a nice demeanor, listened to what I wanted and then advised me as to how he thought he could accomplish what I was looking for. I trusted him to cut my hair and I’m so glad I did. Don’t hesitate to see him!"
