"Neat and efficient place. I had a massage done by Ada(I truly hope that’s the right spelling) on Sunday and she listened to what I had to say and did a knowledge check and found my pain points right away. Excellent skills and great bedside manner. Looking forward to more visits in the future. Loved that they offered water at the end."

"Rude, Disorganized, and Disrespectful — Stay Away! I called ahead around 2:00 p.m. to book a 4:00 p.m. appointment for a 30-minute foot massage and a 60-minute full-body massage. The person on the phone confirmed the booking. I arrived about 5–10 minutes early. From the start, the staff were abrupt and dismissive, barely acknowledging me before ushering me into a room without any explanation. I waited there for nearly ten minutes before anyone came in — it felt like they’d forgotten I was there. When someone finally showed up, they said, “Ready for your 60-minute massage?” I told them I had booked both foot and full-body sessions, but they cut me off and said, “We’re busy.” The tone and attitude were unprofessional and deeply uncomfortable. I was already half-undressed and standing there trying to explain what I’d booked, but they wouldn’t listen. Instead, they told me they could only do “30 minutes foot, 30 minutes body.” At that point, I got dressed and left. There was no apology, no attempt to fix their mistake, no basic courtesy. To be completely honest, I couldn’t help but wonder if being a person of color played a role in how I was treated. The difference in attitude was so blatant it left me questioning it. If you value your time, your dignity, or just basic respect, do not go here. They may smile at you if you’re white, but if you’re not, expect indifference at best and hostility at worst. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away."

"The practitioners know what they are doing. I get the intense massage for back pain and muscle pain. They start gingerly to make sure you have no muscle or bone injuries and then provide relief. They know which muscle aches and are able to smooth it out Highly recommended. After reading the complaints in the other reviews, here are my suggestions, call up ahead of time, show up on time, pay in cash, tip 25% if the massage was good. If you have given someone else a massage, you would know that it is fairly hard work and requires skill. If you are looking for a sketchy massage parlor happy experience, this is not the place."

"The best massage I've had in a while. Safe Relaxing and comfort environment. The environment is clean and quiet. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, she understood my pain points which really help release my stress. Top Notch Service!!! I will definitely return."

"I would give a 5 but Im big on cleanliness and professionalism. I did not have a bad experience the massage was actually very good overall. The prices are great as well so this is why I wanted to try them. I would say the massage has no structure. For example, the therapist would do one part of my body and then never repeat that technique on the other side. The walls and floors were dirty. Things seems cluttered and the therapist were talking loudly outside the massage room as well as in the room so it took away from relaxation. I’d only go again to save money but honestly probably would try something cleaner and more professional as that’s important to me."
