"I hesitated to write this because I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but it’s been almost a week and this is the worst haircut I’ve had in a long time. I chose this shop specifically because they advertise scissor cuts, and I even paid extra for that service. I came in with clear instructions, asking for a small clean-up in the front and bulk removal in the back — I wanted to keep the longer, layered style I already had. Instead, they cut off almost all of the length in front and left me with a blocky, helmet-like shape on top that’s the exact opposite of what I asked for and looks even worse with grow out a week later. I’ve been wearing a hat all week because I’m so unhappy with it. Really frustrating, especially after paying a premium."
