"She is a character when the cameras are on, this woman is so cool and loving. After the cameras turn off and she finishes her job, she transforms into a hateful and vicious person. She didn't personalize her makeup. I see that all weddings are the same and I wanted to look unique, but I didn't. She charged me $100 to practically burn my hair with a flat iron and give me waves. $100! I would have gone to a salon and had them wash my hair, give me a blow-dryer, and style it all for a little over $100."
