"I scheduled a wash, cut and blow dry with Leah after my daughter had seen her twice, raving about her experience. Well, she did not disappoint! Leah is simply amazing. Not only does she take time to completely assess your hair before she begins, she also asks what you're looking for and suggests what she feels would work best for your hair type. She is continually telling you what she is doing, giving you an education on your hair and her thought process and technique (which is flawless). She gave me EXACTLY what i wanted and more. She is highly skilled and just an absolutely lovely person. I live 2 hours away, but I will be back for this service, she's completely worth it. Sebastian washed my hair and he was also amazing and accommodating, offering me chair massage during my wash, making sure I was comfortable at all times. Also worth mentioning, I was asked several times if I wanted complimentary elevated beverages. Aaliyah at the front desk is so friendly, welcoming and sweet. Hair Lounge is an elevated experience with friendly professionals who all take pride in their work and make a client feel like family while sending you out the door feeling completely satisfied and FABULOUS. 10/10 experience all around."

"We are in NyC visiting - My sister got her hair and makeup done here for a big gala. The staff was absolutely lovely. Even brought me out a cinnamon roll with a birthday candle because they found out that my birthday was last week. I can’t recommend this team enough. They were efficient, professional, super welcoming space, & great music. Would absolutely come again and I’m saving them in my phone for future visits."

"I first scheduled a haircut with Leah based on the reviews and during that I asked what she could recommend for my long frizzy hair, and we decided to try express keratin. I love both the haircut and how my hair looks and feels after keratin! Leah really spends time to provide the best service and make you happy with the result. The entire team is great, everybody so sweet and nice. I will definitely come back when it’s time for another haircut or keratin treatment! I have attached the photos of my natural hair (air dried) and how it looks after the first wash after the treatment (blow dried with regular hair brush)."

"This was my first time at the salon and I could not have asked for a better experience. Yennifer was so patient and meticulous, she spent over three hours straightening my hair and applying the treatment, taking her time with every strand to make sure it was perfect. The results are incredible. My hair feels soft, smooth, and healthy, and the treatment itself was so much gentler than others I have had in the past. No harsh smells, no rough texture, just really lovely results. Lea was also amazing. She took the time to explain everything I need to do in the next few days to make sure the treatment lasts, and made me feel completely taken care of. She even gave me three hugs at the end and told me I would be coming back, and she is absolutely right. I am really happy I found this place and would recommend it to anyone thinking about doing keratin. They truly care!"
