"Dropping off clothes with them is great and convenient. Clothes are always folded nicely. However look out for mildew on your clothes after using their washing machines. Three times I have gone in and tried to wash my clothes and they have come out covered in mildew. I had to move machines and spend more time washing my clothes to get ride of if. I love this place but please wash your machines more thoroughly."

"Almost impossible to do your laundry at. Their focus on drop off services have made over half machines unusable, and the rest are either covered in mold or out of service. All while they continue to increase prices. Staff is also incredibly rude and unhelpful, I tried to buy bleach from their counter and when they refused to take card payment, shamed me for not carrying enough cash."
