"Usually get great service at this location, but last visit I got nicked twice during the straight razor shave. I have some decent sized moles on my neck so I totally get that things happen, but the barber didn’t say anything or apologize when it happened (felt the nick but just thought the hair got tugged a bit). Didn’t even know anything had happened until I got back home and my girlfriend pointed it out. Every other haircut I’ve had here was great, so was a little surprised at the service."

"Been coming here for more than 4 years and Isaias has been my guy the whole time. Super consistent, pays attention to detail, and clean fades + tapers every time. At this point i barely have to explain what i want done, he just knows. Super solid barber and easy recommendation"

"I’m not happy to be writing this review because I have had a good experience at this barber shop before. This review is specifically for the Dominican barber there. I highly recommend avoiding him. He thought he was going to spend the entire appointment on his phone speaking with a friend. It was extremely rude and distracting to him and to me. I asked if he could please end his call while working on me..at which point he became very agitated. He claimed he was on an emergency call, but I understand Spanish and it was no emergency. I also don’t remember the last time anyone was laughing and smiling on an emergency call. The rest of the appointments was rushed and sloppy. He had an attitude the entire time like he was doing me some kind of favor. It was overall extremely poor customer service and reflects poorly on the entire shop. Whoever is the owner should be speaking with him about putting his phone away during work hours. If he’s still there, I recommend avoiding that guy at all costs unless you enjoy bad service."
