"This school is amazing. When I called, an elderly man with slurred speech answered the phone. I asked if he was a beauty school. He didn't answer yes or no. I asked him again if it was a beauty school, but he still didn't answer the question. He asked me what I wanted to ask. I asked him if he was a beauty school. If he confirmed it was me, he would start to talk about what I wanted to consult. I didn't know if this was the right number. I was worried that it was a private number, but he didn't say if it was a beauty school, but kept asking me what I wanted to ask. It was really scary."

"Until the status changes, giving this school ONE STAR. We called and tried to simply inquire about program and price information, and instead of trying to pass the phone over to another who can speak English, the person purposefully decided to HANG UP! Moreover, they IGNORED ALL CALLS that followed up. If you are going to operate a school here in the United States, it doesn’t matter if you’re in Flushing where most Chinese and other Asians are… be able to have someone who can communicate with perhaps non-Chinese people who maybe want to attend the school/program also. Otherwise, make it easy and just announce yourself as a “Chinese Only Beauty School,” so people don’t simply get hung up on. It’s assumed you want those same Americans money when they come to your shops for nails, hair and etc., so put some effort in the treatment you give when hoping for them to spend money with you."
