"My partner and I have been going to Eddie's for the past three years. I've always considered the service satisfactory until I went to them to replace a zipper on a leather jacket. The jacket was inspected, a price was agreed-upon and I was given a slip. When returning to pay and collect the garment, they told me that they had to move the buttons next to the zipper because there wasn't enough space. I was charged an additional $20. I understand that miscalculations and mistakes happen however I was not called or notified about this added work and charge before hand. This inflation in the price was unreasonable and I should've been notified because I would've canceled the order. I will never be going back to Eddy's because they do not honor there prices. That is no way to do business. I will start going to one of the many other cleaners in the area and I suggest you do the same. They have violated my trust as a customer."

"Been using Eddys cleaners for over 30 years they are the best in the neighborhood and have great prices. I know the whole family and are very friendly specially Eddys jr and Chris and of course Heidi the mom. Dad has since retired."
