They took their time helping with jewelry selection, and they were very clean, polite, and professional during the whole process. Also, a bonus was the free chocolate bar they gave at the end. "Great experience getting a double lobe piercing! Olga was fantastic and took her time with our consultation, explaining the process, aftercare and helping to find the perfect jewelry for me. She had several options so it was easy finding something cute that was within my budget. Very pleased with my experience here. The shop was also very clean."

"Don’t come here! I brought my own diamond studs for piercing and this girl tried to sell me $100- $400 earrings to pierce with. The vibe was bad, and she was trying to sell her own earrings she said, “I’m sorry, guys. I can’t take care of you.” That was a rude person, but could've also been her language barrier. Either way, I as more than turned off by her approach period."

"Awesome little hidden gem of a piercing parlor! Don’t get fooled by the unassuming entrance, up the stairs is a legit and very comfortable piercing/tattoo shop, with an adorable team who are each and all very kind and attentive. I felt very safe as the atmosphere is professional and sterile. My experience went perfectly and the prices are also very affordable. I feel lucky that I fell upon such a nice shop that happens to be in my job’s street, since it’s how I found them and decided to have this piercing done on my way out of work. I could’ve been less lucky."
